1. *Bulk Orders Only*: Awemonk specializes in catering to bulk orders for corporate clients. We do not accept individual retail orders.
2. *Order Confirmation*: Once an order is confirmed by a corporate client and we receive confirmation via email, it is considered sold. The corporate client is then liable for 100 percent payment of the amount mentioned on the proforma invoice.
3. *Payment Terms*: Payment for orders must be made in full as per the agreed terms on the proforma invoice. Failure to make payment within the specified timeframe may result in order cancellation or additional charges.
4. *Cancellation Policy*: Orders cannot be canceled once they are confirmed and payment is made. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Awemonk.
5. *Delivery and Shipping*: Delivery timelines and shipping costs will be provided upon order confirmation. Awemonk is not responsible for any delays or issues arising during the shipping process that are beyond our control.
6. *Quality Assurance*: We strive to maintain the highest standards of quality in our products and services. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us immediately for assistance.
7. *Customization and Branding*: Customization options such as adding logos or branding to gifts may be available upon request. Additional charges may apply.
8. *Privacy Policy*: We respect the privacy of our customers and adhere to strict confidentiality standards. Any information provided to us will be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
9. *Limitation of Liability*: Awemonk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our website or the products and services provided.
10. *Governing Law*: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
